Frequently asked questions

How do you choose the art?

Each month, a word or phrase is picked to encourage, uplift, motivate, and inspire you. 

Are these original prints or open editions?

Each piece created for my print club, Silver Key Post, is an original print. I pick the word or phrase every month.

What sizes do prints come in?

The prints are 5 x 7. They work great in a picture frame, on the fridge, next to your desk, or as a bookmark.

What size is the sticker?

Since the word or phrase varies in size, no two stickers will be the same size. 

How does shipping work?

All prints are mailed via standard first-class mail with a stamp, no tracking. I try my best to mail all prints by the 17th of each month, but life happens. If the 17th falls on a non-mail day, I'll mail the prints the next business day.

What's your return policy?

Since each print is made to order and shipped, we don't offer refunds once an edition has shipped. You can cancel anytime before the next month's cutoff (the 4th), and you won't be charged again. If a print arrives damaged or never arrives at all, email me a photo within 14 days, and I'll send a replacement. Light wear from the postal service is part of getting real mail and isn't covered.
