This is the exact planner I used to create the planner I have now.

I love the design and versatility of this planner because as life changes, your planner adapts without stopping your productivity and progress.

The Category Planner has undated weekday pages, so you can start on whatever day and month you want—no need to waste half a planner because you started using it in the middle of the year.

It is also black and white.

This makes color code with pens a breeze. It also saves you on ink. Plus, as an artist, you can add unique flare with color to your doodles.

Each daily page has nine areas to customize with your own categories; three are already set for you. With the built-in appointment section, you will always know your planned appointments and when they happen.

The other two pre-labeled sections are for your home priorities and home to-do list.

In the Home Top Priorities section, you list three things that must be completed for that day.

On the Home To Do list, you add the other things you’d like to get done, but life won’t stop if they don’t happen.

You can use the other nine sections for whatever you wish.

If your life constantly changes, the layout and design allow you to change what you track and how you track it.

Two other sheets included in the Category Planner are the task list sheets, which give you plenty of space to write down everything you will need to complete that week.

Routines are also an excellent tool for being productive. They clear up mental demands and help you know what needs to be done and when.

Time-blocking worksheets are also included so you know when you will work on what during the day. You are given a weekly time-blocking sheet and a daily time-blocking sheet. You can focus more on a weekly plan or narrow down what time you will work on things during a given day. Either way, you have options.

Putting all these pages together will help you transform your productivity and get more done during the day.
